Here in the Avocado Crack kitchen, our aim is to provide each product safely, efficiently, and consistently, every time. However, everyone has an off day. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please review our guidelines below.
SHIPPING Although we wish it were possible, we can not control the speed of delivery. Each order is sent as a First Class Package or Priority Package through USPS, unless otherwise specified by the consumer. We expect your order to arrive in 2-3 days max, but weather and other factors could cause possible delays. Please be patient as it is our #1 goal to make sure your order arrives safely.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS Due to Avocado Crack Seasoning and Crackers being food products, we can not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged or has not arrived, please feel free to reach out within 7 Days via email at email@example.com for further assistance. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. Avocado Crack is not responsible for damage to packages and products caused by Postal Services. Avocado Crack adheres to a standard 30 Day Policy, and is unable to resolve issues beyond the 30th day from ordering.
