Try out this Avocado Crema for the perfect Salmon Burgers!
The best part about this recipe? (Well, actually there are 2 hehehe)
1. super simple to make and 2. the ingredients were easy to find already in the fridge!
I used the Avocado Crema on my Salmon Burger, along with arugula, red onion, and Mexican queso fresco crumbling cheese. It was a treat!
To make this Avocado Crema, I only needed one kitchen tool and that is a small blender, like a Nutribullet or any other blender you would use to make a creamy sauce or mixture.
Here is how I made this deliciously creamy Avocado Crema...
1. Avocado Crack all-purpose Seasoning to taste
2. 2 cloves of garlic
3. 1/4 cup cilantro
4. 2tbs Mexican Crema or Sour Cream
5. 1 whole avocado
6. 2 tbs lime juice
This is one of those recipes where you can tell it will be good just by the ingredients. Cilantro, garlic and avocado seriously can do no wrong together. Avocado Crack already has a hint of lime, but the lime juice will help the ingredients come together in the blender. You can adjust the quantity if you don't want as much of a lime flavor. Same with all other ingredients besides the Mexican Crema.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
