Hey yall!
Honestly, the holidays have me in my foodie zone and I have been watching holiday movies and cooking more and more everyday! I get this from my grandparents, who always made the holiday season extra special with traditions and good food.
My grandpa sent me a recipe for Savory Keto biscuits the other day, and let me just say...once the Crack was added, it took these delicious biscuits to another level!
These are a savory dinner biscuit, which I paired with a Tuscan Kale soup, also AMAZING!
Let's get into how I made these!
Obviously you will need a muffin pan. I love the silicone ones! Here are some on Amazon that should work perfectly for this recipe. #affiliatelink
Ingredients:
- Avocado Crack Original Seasoning
- Almond flour
- Baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- Sour cream
- Unsalted butter melted
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease your new fancy silicone muffin pan.
-
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups almond flour, about 1/4tsp of Avocado Crack, and 1tbs of baking powder.
-
In a smaller bowl, combine 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and 4tbsp of melted unsalted butter. Whisk until smooth. Pour into large bowl with dry ingredients.
-
Mix with a whisk or spoon until the batter is evenly mixed. Lastly, stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
-
Scoop equal amounts of batter into each spot in your muffin pan. If the batter is sticky, use a fork or spatula to remove excess.
-
Bake biscuits about 10-11 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
-
Allow biscuits to cool slightly before eating.
These are sooo GOOD y'all! Enjoy!
